Create A Palace of Learning for Children
Every school should be a palace of learning for children to thrive and grow.
Successful Innovations, Inc., is a minority and woman owned business located in Richmond, VA that provides resources, training, and consulting services to support schools with family engagement, principal preparation, and teacher retention.
Founded in 2006 by former educational leaders of schools with a large percentage of students on free and reduced lunch. Darla Edwards (former principal) and Hilda Stevens (former reading coach) were passionate about finding meaningful ways to increase student achievement and decrease the achievement gap. They believe that the solution to increased performance can be addressed through equipping parents and educators with the knowledge necessary to support a child’s education so they can thrive and prosper.
